Cindy Goodman The North Syracuse Village Court is held at the North Syracuse Community Center, 700 South Bay Road in the Village of North Syracuse. Court is in session Monday Evenings at 6:00 PM.. Judge Robert J. Bertrand and Acting Village Justice William H. Bradt preside. Both Judges are assisted by Court Clerk, Cindy Goodman. The court office is located at the North Syracuse Municipal Building, 600 South Bay Road. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
